Community Outreach is the cornerstone of Palmer Electric’s dedication to Central Florida. A variety of youth programs are supported by the Company from pre-school to the college level.
Community Outreach - PASS Program
Palmer Electric’s President, Tom Beard, volunteered for the PASS Program, (Partners for Advancing School Success), a project of the Council for Educational Change. Tom works closely with Chris Benedetti, the principal of Mollie Ray Elementary School. Through the PASS Program, corporate CEOs are partnered with the principal of an under-performing school. Together, Tom and Chris created programs funded by Palmer for staff recognition and appreciation, and increasing parent participation.
