Safety is the number ONE priority at Palmer Electric with a full-time safety manager overseeing safety and compliance; and with safety training performed in the classroom and on job sites.  Pro-active safety behavior is reinforced through employee incentives for making Palmer a safer, more productive place to work.

Training
The company’s willingness to pay for apprenticeship training, through membership in the Florida Electrical Apprenticeship Training, the Brevard Electrical Apprenticeship Training programs, and its active membership in the Academy of Construction Technologies, supports a highly skilled workforce.  Additionally, the company encourages and supports employees wishing to attend advanced training in their field.
