Palmer was awarded this contract to provide design build services for the electrical and low voltage systems for this new assisted living facility. The structure is composed of seven floors, 108 living units supported by a commercial kitchen, dining room, activity room, common areas and nursing stations. Low voltage systems include fire alarm, nurse call, telephone and TV.
