Description:
Palmer provided design build services for the third residence hall in the Uptown section of UCF. Unique to this project is a 23,000-square foot retail space for a Barnes & Noble bookstore. The electrical and low voltage systems included telephone, Talk-a-phone, area rescue, TV, data, and the CCTV for the seven-story, 200,933 square foot building composed of 130 living units, common areas and the bookstore.
