Between Josh hearing from me every day, probably 11 calls and Mike talking to me and showing up along with Gabriel and Ray, they fixed my issue for much less than I thought. Called for service for my mother. I was not expecting to get a lot of information. I was transferred to Josh who took time to explain all my options for floodlights and explained my concerns for my mother’s house. I haven’t felt so valued in a long time! I even called when I was at home depot to have him explain differences in fixtures and he helped me feel so much more confident about what my mother needed. Wil R. came out , apartment had half electricity and no AC , found out breaker was bad and replaced and fixed immediately. Also found that other breakers along with mine would need changing to prevent the same issues to other units. Great Guy and Customer Service.. Thanks Will

Mr Will Reddick, Palmer Electric Electrician, provided concise and detailed analysis of the situation and rectified the problem area involving the breaker.

One new electrical panel… check! Equaled one new piece of cool collaborative artwork. How? Palmer Electric did another fantastic job for me. And… the electrician noticed my Romex art in the front courtyard. Being an artist himself, when he had completed the panel he twisted up this cool wire tree out of the remaining wire. (super cool and thank you) I used it for a photo shoot with some of the fiber art I create. Inspiration can come from anywhere. Thanks Palmer. Above and beyond again.

I was having issues with my electrical panel to the point where it started to sizzle. I immediately put in a work order to get the situation resolved. The very next day Palmer Electric Company sent an electrician to take care of the issue. Will was very punctual and ready to work. I was very pleased to have Will be the one to service our electrical panel, he was extremely nice and professional and paid attention to detail. Will knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue, even took a look at my dryer outlet which needed some work and helped me fix it. Next time i need a service technician i’ll definitely be asking for Will.

I called Palmer Electric yesterday and Will Reddick was here this morning – quick response. Will was so polite, neat and efficient. He quickly diagnosed our problem and repaired it. He explained everything to us while he worked. He did a great job and cleaned up his work area when he was done. I was impressed and and very pleased with the cost of my service. I would definitely call Palmer Electric again and have Will as our service person.
