    It was a real.pleasure having Andy from Palmer Electric come to assess our electrical box and outside wiring. He was prompt, pleasant, and professional. Andy explained everything thoroughly- what was needed to upgrade the electrical panel to make sure it wouldn't short out, and to make sure the wiring on the side of the house would be repaired or replaced to prevent chance of fire. All in all a great experience. Thank you!

    I had an electrical panel replaced. The panel we had was original to the house and it was installed by Palmer Electric in 1967. Everything from the estimate to customer service and installation were all top-notch and professional. Endre and Fritz had an eventful day with a thunderstorm where lightning hit a transformer two streets over. The Duke Energy lineman was called away to deal with that so they stayed past thier normal hours getting as much done as they could without service to the house. Duke was able to return around 2030 to get the service restarted. Hector and Jerry came in the next morning and finished everything up. They moved the sprinkler and pump boxes around so everything fit back in that part of the wall. They plugged any holes that were left and kept the area clean. The mix-up was between the Orange County inspector and Duke, that's what kept the service from being turned on until later in the evening. One thing of note: 59 years of "I know a guy" electrical work may act goofy after professionals come and do an install. Palmer took the time to figure out where these issues were and straighten them out.

    Larry and Carlos are incredibly professional and very thorough. They went above and beyond during their inspection and in making the requested repairs in record time, coming in on a holiday to resolve our emergency issue. In short, they worked magic! Their work was of the highest quality, and we are so thankful!!

    Palmer Electric is hands down the best service company we have ever worked with! I have been blown away with the professionalism, quality, and service provided by Carlos and his team, Larry, and Daniel in the office. I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He caught was noone else did and probably saved the property from a much bigger isseu! Larry professionally and immediately facilitated ALL of the behind the scenes maneuvering to get power restored in the same week. I know this was a record timewise, and while it might not be repeatable every time for issues outside their control- Larry took it upon himself to do all that was possible to align the utilities and the city, to make it the shortest possible duration. AND Carlos and his team went so far above and beyond to fix all the issues and restore power correctly. He met with pool technician, solar technician and all worked together to make sure all the systems would be working as needed! They are a top notch operation all around and would highly recommend. We have met many vendors in selling two houses in the Desert this spring and these guys are a standout in EVERY WAY!

    Jean and Jack were professional, courteous and efficient. I lost power in 4 separate areas of my home and atleast 6 outlets were ooo, Jean and Jack came and fixed the issues in a timely manner and I am grateful for their service. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

    Palmer electric were exceptional jean and Jack did an amazing job they fix everything with care and they clean up after themselves. They explained what was happening to the electric. One thing I was surprised. I never saw black people working for Palmer electric before. Palmer you need to send the black workers out more to neighborhoods that you think that only white people will be accepted. And don't tell me that don't happen in your company. These 2 men are excellent workers. And Palmer electric. They need a raise of pay. Excellent jobs was done today . The job was done at Summit pointe Apartments

    Palmer electric did a complete home rewire with updated service and electrical panel. We were very satisfied with all the work that was completed. Gene And Jack did a fabulous job and even picked up after themselves were very impressed with the small amount of drywall repair that was left even though it was a block home and not easy to rewire.     Jean went above and beyond for emergency service when our house lost power. He arrived promptly, identified the problem quickly, restored power, and then actually fixed the faulty appliances that has thrown the circuit breaker.     Techs Joe and Anthony were wonderful. They replaced my damaged outlet and took the time to check all the nearby outlets to make sure this was an isolated problem. I was having knee surgery just 5 days later and J and A took away my worry about the outlet. I called the office and requested that they be listed as my preferred techs from now on.     Have been using Palmer Electric at a couple properties for years/generations. Don’t fall for the marketing elsewhere. Every interaction at every level of the organization is professional, reasonable, accommodating and fast. All of their people are excellent and take the time.     Palmer came to install a 50 amp inlet to my house(for a generator plug in). Was able to get them scheduled quickly after I had gotten the job quoted. The techs that install my inlet were phenomenal and very well knowledgeable at the job and beyond. I was very pleased with the work and will continue to use palmer for any of my bigger projects later down the road.

    Fantastic experience! I used Palmer Electric for the first time because they were on the panel of my breaker since 2005 but I had called others to be sure. The electricians Jean and Jacob were very friendly, knowledgeable and found the issue quickly to something that might take all day. They were professional and friendly working together to resolve. Bobby set me up the next day for their arrival The problem, dining table lights, kitchen lights and living room lights/reciprocals not working. Solution: Fixed in under 2 hours.

    I had a bad neutral between the transformer and my house. They listened to what was going on and said it was not a problem they could fix. Palmer advised me how to contact OUC to get this resolved. That kind of integrity is refreshing.

    I used Palmer Electric for the first time today and couldn’t be more pleased. From the dispatcher, Bobby, to the electrician, Thomas, the entire process was seamless and pleasant. Bobby ensured that the job requested was scheduled to my schedule and followed up with me. Thomas was on time, personable, and qualified to do the work.     Big big big shout out to Thomas with Palmer Electric. Our assisted living facility lost power due to a burnt wire and not only was Thomas there after hours he saw it through until the very end.     From the estimator to the person who arranged my permits and the two electricians who did the work, I could not be happier with this company. Instead of trying to oversell me a bunch of upgrades I didn’t need by telling me I’d need them to be code compliant, they gave me an honest, competitive quote, fulfilled by competent technicians and they fixed my issue. If my mom needed an electrician, these are the guys I’d hire.

    I was referred to Palmer for the installation of my EV home charger by the Finance manager at my dealership. Tara took my call and came out the next day to survey my home’s electrical panel and map out a plan for the charger placement. Jason R. was the electrician that came out to perform the install. He explained, in detail, what he was going to do and even shared tips for an improved result. He was thorough, precise, and knowledgeable. He was extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions I asked. I even watched as he laid out all his materials prior to starting his work to ensure he had everything needed to complete the job. SUPER PROFESSIONAL!
