Have been using Palmer Electric at a couple properties for years/generations. Don’t fall for the marketing elsewhere. Every interaction at every level of the organization is professional, reasonable, accommodating and fast. All of their people are excellent and take the time. Jean and Jacques were particularly awesome. Don’t go anywhere else if quality, safety, and price matter to you.

Palmer came to install a 50 amp inlet to my house(for a generator plug in). Was able to get them scheduled quickly after I had gotten the job quoted. The techs that install my inlet were phenomenal and very well knowledgeable at the job and beyond. I was very pleased with the work and will continue to use palmer for any of my bigger projects later down the road.

Fantastic experience! I used Palmer Electric for the first time because they were on the panel of my breaker since 2005 but I had called others to be sure. The electricians Jean and Jacob were very friendly, knowledgeable and found the issue quickly to something that might take all day. They were professional and friendly working together to resolve. Solution: Fixed in under 2 hours.

I had a bad neutral between the transformer and my house. They listened to what was going on and said it was not a problem they could fix. Palmer advised me how to contact OUC to get this resolved. That kind of integrity is refreshing.

I used Palmer Electric for the first time today and couldn’t be more pleased. From the dispatcher, Bobby, to the electrician, Thomas, the entire process was seamless and pleasant. Bobby ensured that the job requested was scheduled to my schedule and followed up with me.

Thomas was on time, personable, and qualified to do the work. He took extra steps not required, but, did so to ensure the best job was done.

The price charged was fair and I won’t hesitate to use Palmer Electric in the future.

Big big big shout out to Thomas with Palmer Electric. Our assisted living facility lost power due to a burnt wire and not only was Thomas there after hours he saw it through until the very end. I was referred to Palmer for the installation of my EV home charger by the Finance manager at my dealership. Tara took my call and came out the next day to survey my home’s electrical panel and map out a plan for the charger placement. Jason R. was the electrician that came out to perform the install. He explained, in detail, what he was going to do and even shared tips for an improved result. He was thorough, precise, and knowledgeable. He was extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions I asked. I even watched as he laid out all his materials prior to starting his work to ensure he had everything needed to complete the job. SUPER PROFESSIONAL! He even called to ensure I was pleased with the final result. I would 100% recommend Jason and Palmer Electric for any of your electrical needs. Jason Reeves was fantastic! He came out same day to fix an electrical problem that was discovered during a kitchen remodeling. This kept us was stopping work on the remodel project. I would love to work with him again in the future.

Palmer Electric was wonderful and fair priced. The technician they sent, named Jason was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and just a very pleasant guy. He explained to me what was wrong with my lighting from the utility room to my oven. He also noticed a wire that shouldn't have been on either. He immediately recognized that this was a hazard and could have caused a fire, and immediately fixed it. Jason is definitely an asset to this company, they are lucky to have such experience. Jason and Ron were wonderful. Jason came to my house to replace a light in my kitchen. He took the extra step of checking my outside electric box and discovered that the wires which should have been connected to ground my house were rusted out and disconnected. He immediately showed me the (very dangerous) issue. He provided a short-term solution and was back a few days later, with Ron, to repair the wires, ensuring my house was grounded.

Jason and the team from Palmer Electric did a great job bringing my older home up to code replacing the electrical boxes. Every step was lined up and professional. Communication was easy and Jason went above and beyond staying behind to make sure things were cleaned up and looking professional after having to cut into the wall. I am very pleased with everything and definitely will call Palmer again and ask for Jason by name.

Jason did a great job and stuck with it until the power company had to come- it was an issue with their transformer.

I called Palmer after my parent’s disposal wasn’t getting any power. My parents called a handyman they know. After 2 days of working on it they had a new disposal a fuse replaced and the door to the fuse box was off and the islands receptacle was torn apart.
The disposal was still not working. He said it was a “ line problem “!
I called Palmer and had an appointment the next morning.
I really appreciated the technician Guillermo giving me an eta that morning.
He and his apprentice were very professional and quickly figured out the problem.
My apologies I don’t remember the apprentice name but he had a very nice cowboy hat.
Thank you for explaining the receptacle connection error. The disposal setup versus the dishwasher. They even had time to address my parents carriage lights programming problem. It’s working fine now.

An acquaintance said they had Palmer install their 220 volt home charger system and were quite happy with them, therefor I contacted them for an estimate. Tarah was VERY good, she came to a much better solution than I had imagined. They were even able to reschedule the install when the charger arrived earlier than promised. Jason, the Palmer electrician, came with a great deal of experience and he was very personable and professional during the installation. He answered my questions during the installation and explained what he was doing in terms a non-electrician could understand. He was very neat and tidy. Their price was very fair and reasonable. If I have a need for future electrical services, I will definitely use them again!

Recently contacted Palmer Electric regarding flickering indoor lighting. I asked for an experienced electrician and they sent Jason. My experience with Palmer Electric, and particularly with Jason is positive. Jason listened to my explanation of the perceived issue and he went about troubleshooting. He discovered the problem was an electrical ground system no longer working/inoperative. He provided me with a detailed explanation of the cost and steps to repair. I think that Jason's work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively speaks well of this Palmer Electric employee. In my experience in the business world, an employee such as Jason, is an employee to be valued. He represented Palmer Electric in an extra-ordinary manner. Job well done!!

The electricians were spectacular on a long job today. Jason especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly before he left! I would definitely recommend them again.

We had work done on our home, which caused multiple electrical issues. Called Palmer Electric and they sent Jason, and he quickly figured it out.

He was professional, and personable. We even had a couple of other jobs done while he was here!! Professionals are a must when encountering electrical issues, so money well spent!!

I called to have my weather head repaired before a hurricane, the office was quick to pickup and understood what I was asking for, and they came out right away, with a simple hourly rate+materials cost that seemed fair and reasonable. My electricians, Guillermo and Gage, were professional, efficient, and took the time to walk me through their idea for the repair before they started work, and then were fast to start and complete.

Their solution lasted through the hurricane with no issues and I am extremely satisfied.

The work was quality, price was right, and the electricians were a joy to work with. I'll be coming back here when I next need electrical work!

PE is awesome! They came out within 5 days and chased down a mystery problem. We thought we had a bigger issue than it turned out to be, so we actually saved a ton of money using PE. Our electrician, Michael, was very thorough and worked VERY quickly to keep the cost down as well.

10/10 stars for Palmer electric which I do not own. Our house power failed last night after weeks of flickering. We called another company who claimed to have emergency service at midnight and stayed up for hours awaiting a call back. Finally we went to sleep to awake at 7 am and call Palmer. A qualified technician called us in 30 minutes (at no charge) and told us to call Duke to confirm it wasn't their issue. Duke said within an hour it was house not them. Palmer was out within an hour thereafter with ample communication during that time.

Come to find out the main line connected to our main service box had fried and could have actually caused a fire. Thankfully it didn't. Around the time (10 am) we had a prognosis from Palmer at a reasonable non-emergency rate the other company called us back but we already had a resolution. They would have charged us $250 for a service charge far above what Palmer charged.

We found out from Duke that Palmer is one out of three preferred vendors and we were in good hands and many other companies would have charged a service call without ruling out them first. All this to say we are Palmer customers for life. I will also talk to Palmer about making their yelp say they have 24 hour service which deterred us from calling them first as yelp said they were closed versus the other company who obviously didn't really have emergency afterhours service.

Want to just let folks know that Wil Reddick did a great job walking me through a diagnosis over the phone and helped me get the power back on in my home. . His knowledge and coaching no doubt saved me hundreds of dollars with no service call needed. I would highly recommend this company for your service, repair, and electric needs!

They did wiring for my oven setting it from gas to electric. It was a very smooth process the staff is very friendly. I will be coming back with business again if I ever have electrical problems.

After obtaining three estimates for replacement of my electrical panel, I decided to go with Palmer Electric. They provided a reasonable estimate for the work and the electrician did a great job.
